If Nano Adblocker is disabled then it's works fine, if it's active then it's throws the error.

Looks like rate limiting, if you wait a bit then refresh it works fine.
It is hitting rate limit because it has multiple Shortest links chained together.

Should be related to the Shortest bypasser. I don't see an easy fix.
