Tests are compatible with 1.0 and 1.1 and do not test for the bug in 1.0.
The reason for that is that the TCK should not need to depend on 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT.
The behavior for multiple threads waiting to be notified can be tested by increasing the thread count in testWakeup()
