Choose incidence data file to upload

Choose a .csv file to upload from your computer containing incidence data. Please click here for a description of what your file should contain.

If your file has headers (i.e. the first row is not the first entry of the incidence data), ensure you tick the header option.

Choose the length of the sliding time window, τ, over which R is estimated

Choose a width for the windows over which the reproduction number, R, will be estimated. From the second timepoint up to the final time in the incidence data, we estimate R over windows of this width. The estimated distribution of R is a gamma distribution.

Choose the prior mean value for R

A positive number, namely the mean value of R in the prior (gamma) distribution.

Choose the prior standard deviation value for R

A positive number, namely the standard deviation of R in the prior (gamma) distribution.
