vibrantmtd: update gps.conf again

Moped_Ryder from XDA noticed the with AngryGPS and SUPL set to Sony's
SUPL server, GPS worked better. I tried setting my SUPL server to Sony
and got a quick lock, as well as no log spam. Apparently I was using
7276 and needed to use 7275 for our TLS.
