Let the Nosquint's status panel be liberately placable

Using status bar returner addon (i use Status4evar) is possible, and see the Nosquint's percents there, but it finds itself out that this is 1 of the rare addons, like Smartvideo and i don't remember even which, that don't let be placed all around the toolbars – enywhere on statusbar and anywhere on other bars. Just on the right corner. And it appears zebracolored in the customize bars mode. It would be better if it did allow.
