Initial release 0.0.1

This is the first working version of the bot with features including:

• Automatic scheduled calls to the POE trade API and subsequent email reporting
• Configurable thresholds for currency limits for email to be sent
• Configurable thresholds for top N cheapest listings to be sent

Features in progress:

• Easy .bat setup for local testing
• Extension of config file and filters to other items
• Extension of thresholds to include other currency other than Exalted orbs
