Data related to the CTC-MBC-GEX project.
Data used for analyses in the GEX-based CTC-MBC study is available in the file "database_CTC_MBC_GEX.rds". Labels explaining the variables are provided in the file. Gene expression data are provided for both the primary tumor (PT) and the distant metastasis (DM), labeled accordingly. Any data with potential to de-anonymize any patient have been removed, and patient IDs have been changed.
