The co-expression network has beeen created with CoExpNets software by Juan A. Botía with help from Mark Cookson, Raphael Gibbs (from NIH) and Mina Ryten (from UCL, IoN).
 
 Samples have been QCed and annotated in this regard. Also, there is exome sequencing and genotyping for a subset of these individuals. Most of these last subsets of individuals include methylation data.
