Feature request

As far as I understand it, the only way to test the configuration and ACLs is to start the headscale server. This means either restarting your main server, or setting up an alternative server so that errors in the ACLs don't cause your main headscale instance to become unavailable until you have fixed any config/acl errors.

It would be nice if there were a "configtest" feature that just loaded the configuration and ACLs and reported errors.
