Create simple homebrew formulas from github repositories.
With basher:
$ basher install juanibiapina/make-formula
$ make-formula <user> <repo>
This creates a simple formula for the github repo at <user>/<repo>. It uses
the latest release and assumes one binary file also called <repo>.
