- Since the pens system was messing up the job priorities to "release to repopulate", now pen animals won't be eligible to repopulate if the "add option to all animals is activated".
- Due to this, Quagga and Moa are now not eligible to store in animal pens, and will behave as they did in 1.2 in regards to zoning
