When set to below image the paragraph tag needs margin: 500px 0 0 0 and the options menu <ul> needs margin: 0 0 0 0 (giving <p> a margin brings it back into the document flow and the menu ends up 500px below the caption).

When set to right of image a table is created. Needs changing to float above the comments section.

This allows captions to be displayed above comments without duplicating
the code to retrieve the caption.
