As Ubuntu 12.04 LTS reaches its EOL in April 2017, we decided to mark Ubuntu 12.04 support as deprecated. We will however still continue to publish DEB package as best effort.

We need to update QuickStart guide on website repos and READMEs in jubatus / jubatus_core repos.
