Optional desktop file and icons for vanilla firefox browser from
https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/download.

1) Download the firefox tarball and unpack it to /opt.
2) Build and install the firefox-opt package:
   $ dpkg-buildpackage
   $ sudo dpkg -i ../firefox-opt_<version>_all.deb
