Some improvements:
- define number of MPE channel tracks to create by adding a number after the postfix, e.g. "-creatempe8"
- postfix now ignoring case
- added some MPE controllers to be selected as default
- now automatically sets up MPE-Subtracks when instrument is inserted to empty Master-Track
