can't define new diffrule with a module path #7

I tried to fix JuliaDiff/ForwardDiff.jl#261 with

@define_diffrule Base.Math.JuliaLibm.log1p(x) = :(inv($x + 1))

but for some reason the macro does not work, can you please take a look at it?
