About this repo: R scripts accompanying manuscript "Ileal gut dysbiosis is associated with increased acoustic startle in the 22q11.2 microdeletion mouse model of schizophrenia".

Folder Structure

• Q22_Behavior contains the input files utilized for behavioral analysis in figures 2 and 3.
• Q22_Microbiome contains the count table and metadata files used for microbiome analysis in figures 4 and 5.
• Q22_Rproj contains the Rscripts used for analysis. Rscripts starting with "Figure" can be run as is to reproduce figures 2-5. Some functions may be located in Functions.R. Filepaths are written relative to the top level of this repo.
