"Last Used" sorting on My Recipes page

I used an app which allowed sorting of recipes based on how long ago they were part of a meal plan, this was very useful to rotate your recipes and not just use the same ones over and over again (either voluntarily or by chance).

I'd propose that there's a new field added to the Recipe entity called "Last Used", which would be updated to the highest date in which it is added to a meal plan. A new sorting by this field option could be added to the My Recipes page

As a workaround, I tried just saving the Recipe without changes while adding to the meal plan, to at least sort the list by last updated, however that did not change the last updated field, which means I'd have to actually change the Recipe.
