Overview

This is the first release of a light field video example application. Keep in mind that this is still experimental technology, so you might encounter some issues along the way.

PC Version

For the PC version I recommend a system with a GTX 1070 or higher if you want to view the high res light field videos. There are two video player backends. You probably only ever want to use the Unity video player. The AVPro video player is just there to test performance against the native Unity video player. I used the free trial version of AVPro which displays a watermark in the video, so the light fields won't be comfortable to look at.

Oculus Quest Version

For the Quest version, it's best to stick to the low res versions. Don't bother downloading all the high res data. Maybe download one to see how it looks. But they won't play back smoothly.
