Python 2 Release 1.0

This implements the originally named BiblicaBot, which is a Telegram Chat Bot catered to the following key features:

1. Retrieval of bible passages given references using BibleGateway
2. Retrieval of Navigators' TMS verses given references, keywords, or verse identifiers using the /tms command
3. Retrieval of bible word meanings using BlueLetterBible using the /search command
4. Setting user version information using /version command
5. Subscribing user to a daily reading material using /dailydevo command
