Same question - is it still maintained? I can see pull requests for phpseclib 3 compatibility but not approved, few other issued raised, but no reply from jumbojett?

I suppose a public announce for the search of other maintainers would be a good start. Maybe calling some recent contributors can also give clues. @JuliusPC @DeepDiver1975 @IljaN would you be interested?

I just saw the gh PR reviews requirement feature though I suppose it is not interesting here as it requires reviews from people with the write permissions.

Maintainers would also need accesses to be able to publish packagist package.

I happily join the maintainer crew. We recently moved to JulianPC's fork to get necessary changes rolling. Would be great to get it all back into this repo and maintain releases from here.
