Some KML fragments are failing to preview due to presence of JavaScript within CDATA blocks

Such content should be scrubbed out

#5: Fix up CDATA regex to find all instances instead of just the first

Also fix up preview CSS to mesh better with default VSCode color scheme (ie. Make explicit white background / black text for elements that would've just inherited whatever VSCode provided). Fixes #1
