- Update to latest tcell (1.4.0) which added 24 bit color Windows support
- light renderer under Windows defaults to Dark256, if possible
- Turns off Windows truecolor support if TCELL_TRUECOLOR is set to 'disable'
- Update to latest tcell which has 24 bit Windows support - light renderer under Windows defaults to Dark256, if possible
