※시리얼 케이블로 외부기기와 연결되어 있어야 하며 통신이 이루어질때 모니터 할 수 있음
※(기본적인 테스트함수를 넣어있어 모니터 할 수 있으나 제어 불가)

1.ConsoleServerApp 의 프로그램을 실행하여 서비스를 실행.
2.GreenSmokeMonitor를 실행하여 전기 상태를 모니터
