Can't cook the maps

I use UE 4.22.3 according to this guide.But I received the following error message．

After which step did you receive this error message? It seems that your carla source path is not named "carla_source_09272019". Follow this to download maps to the right path first.

I tried to edit the maps referring to this.
I used this for carla.
Then I received error message.

Does carla_source_09272019/Unreal/CarlaUE4/CarlaUE4.uproject exist in the folder? It should be. Your error message says it is not.

It does exist.
I haven't touched it since I downloaded it.

Could you first start with this step and see whether you can successfully start a CARLA server and a spectator window? Then follow this step to download Carla 0.9.6 from the official website and install it.
