In openhab/openhab-addons#1667 a funny behavior was discovered, when a device can be discovered via two interfaces (i.e. IP addresses): The discovery result is switching all the time between those two devices. This should be prevented on order to at least get a stable discovery result - however it should look like.

If one UPnP device is discovered by the library on different interfaces, the library is storing only one device in its registry.
Not sure what you mean by "alternating".
I see several PRs merged in openHAB. Does it mean that the problem was rather in openHAB and is now solved ?
