Good news here, jupyterlab-sidecar works in 4.0 without any major changes

I'm not sure if it was the right way to do it, but I just allowed the new versions in the
pyproject.tomland in thepackage.jsonso that doingpip install sidecarwont downgrade jupyterlab anymore
