Description

Accessing the "Edit Notebook Metadata" option within files of different formats (excluding notebook ipynb) results in the opening of an empty right sidebar. I believe this functionality is specifically intended for notebook files.

Expected behavior

The "Edit Notebook Metadata" should be grayed-out | removed for all other file formats (except ipynb).
