broswer not working

jupyterlab 3.6.7
notebook 5.7.5
when i do some background work like
[ python jupyter -nbconvert --execute - to notebook tmp.ipynb & ]
and i do F5 the browser is blank it keeps loading, how should i solve it

Notebook 5 is no longer supported, and JupyterLab 3 is now only supported for critical security fixes. Do you see this same behavior with Notebook 7, Notebook 6 (nbclassic), or JupyterLab 4?

i did version up,to 4.2.1. and python version 3.11
it still doesn't work keep hanging

Hi @minsuk1 I will close this issue in favor of the issue opened in the JupyterLab repo, jupyterlab/jupyterlab#16389, where we can continue the discussion of this issue. If later it is revealed to be an issue more specific to Notebook we can re-open here and further discuss.
