Is it in scope for this project to document use for non-admin users?

In 2i2c.org we deploy JupyterHubs for universities and others, and then we grant these communities' representatives access to grafana dashboards that we have setup with this project. Having done so we and find ourselves in a need to help them understand how to make use of them, for example to draw conclusions about their CPU efficiency on nodes, active users, etc.

Question

Do you consider it to be in scope for this project to provide documentation for such non-admin users that are pure users of dashboards, and not the admins installing it? Currently, we have a README very focused on the admins setting this up, and no documentation focused on overviewing available dashboards or making use of them to gain relevant insights.

I'd say yes - and close this in order to open a more focused issue!
