Previously we had cache keys that could cause issues if the python version changed etc, and if we re-run something weekly we couldn't say if we used a new or old version because the cache.

This is exactly like #1186 but where I hope to make github actions run the tests finally. For some reason in #1186, they have been stuck in queue forever.
