Reflect the fact that AWS free tier is not enough #696

The AWS free tier covers only a t2.micro instance, which is unsufficient (nowadays?) for installing TLJH.

I can't say it is or isn't the case, but I think its a claim a bit tricky to make without being specific on the instance part of the free tier.

Looking at https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types/t2/ I conclude that they provide 1 GB in RAM, and by looking at the following, I conclude its fine to say we can remove this if they only have t2.micro in the free tier.

Thanks a lot, @Guillaume-Garrigos! But maybe now that JupyterLab is no longer a memory hog we can try testing with lower RAM..
