This is currently the extending-jupyterhub.rst, which we should split up and re-format.

Following ToC (adapted from #67):

  • User environment
    • Using an existing docker image
    • Creating a new image (repo2docker)
    • Setting environment variables
  • User resources
    • Memory limits & guarantees
    • CPU limits & guarantees
    • Storage
      • Enabling & disabling
      • Changing size available
      • SSD vs HDD
