jupyterlab-topbar-textwill be moved to another repo so it's easier to install withpip.It will depend on the
jupyterlab-topbarPython package.Depending on how the top area evolves upstream as an extension point (jupyterlab/jupyterlab#11589), we might consider phasing out the
jupyterlab-topbarpackage and makejupyterlab-topbar-textadd itself to the top area directly.
