Font resizing fails

When using a language other than English, the theme's font size will not work

This appears related to jupyterlab/jupyterlab#13598 especially jupyterlab/jupyterlab#13598 (comment) and that one has already a PR open.

Resolving in favor of jupyterlab/jupyterlab#13598; when this is fixed, and a new version of JupyterLab is available, then JupyterLab Desktop will be updated with it.
