Problem

Workspaces allow for working on multiple 'projects' on the same server.
But when working with it, the workspace info is only visible as part of the url prefix corresponding to the lab

http(s)://<server:port>/<lab-location>/lab/workspaces/foo rather than any explicit indication of the workspace in the lab user interface

Proposed Solution

Add workspace info to the title of the web user interface.

Additional context

Pending : [ ] check how jupyterlab-desktop handles it
