Open Hub Control Panel in the same Browser/Tab

Hi,

Is there a way to open the Hub Control Panel in the same Browser/Tab ?

Currently, I need to update the following code before starting jupyterlab :

window.open(hubHost + URLExt.join(hubPrefix, 'home'), '_blank');

Not sure it's possible at the moment.

But this could be made configurable via a page config or user setting.
