File browser checkboxes not keyboard accessible

• The checkboxes not being keyboard accessible is news to me. I can confirm this is broken in v4.1.1. There must have been a regression somewhere between my PR #13577 and 4.1.1.

Ok, so reading your PR #13577 description:

This is accomplished the same way that Ubuntu and Windows do it: CTRL+ up (or down) arrow key moves the focus. Then CTRL+Space toggles selection.

Ctrl + Space indeed works.

Maybe the problem is lack of user-facing documentation for these interactions?
