Description

After clicking the fold button, click the drag button in the lower right corner, and then click the cancel fold button, but the fold cannot be canceled.

Reproduce

1. Click the collapse button on the output part of a cell
2. scroll to bottom
3. Drag the drag button in the lower right corner to extend the output part of the cell
4. scroll to top
5. There is no change when clicking the expand button

Expected behavior

Click the expand button to cancel folding
