This repository includes source code of our paper: Optimizing Statistical Evaluation of Multiclass Classification in Diagnostic Radiology: A Study of the Two-Parameter Multidimensional Nominal Response Model.
In the source code, several types of MDNRM including 2PL-MDNRM are implemented with numpyro.
The source code is described as ipynb (notebook) file. In our paper, Google Colaboratory was used to run the experiments.
