Trying to add MP3 Streamz to my search list #91

Not sure if this is an addon that is allowed but im trying to add the said addon from kodi repo so that when I call up an artist or album is the search box it finds it via a lookup in this addon. Ive tried lots of combinations but it just won't search and find without bringing up another search box to type the detail in. Is it possible to integrate this addon or do I need to install Spotify as I see that us in the list to choose from? |

If it doesn't have some sort of search "history" then it won't work. You need to have a search history so that you can get a path which will accept a query (rather than the plugin prompting you for it via the keyboard). If it doesn't have a search history, then there's no way to add the query to the path. |

Thanks for that info, I will check but don't think it has that...otherwise I'll find another music addon in kodi repo to suit. |
