BIG ISSUE: WHERE CAN I SEND YOU MONEY #50
Comments
I like these kinda people. Way to go Mr. phtdacosta! I was just wondering whether I should be testing out just. |
thanks for the kind comments and the offers of support but i'm afraid i don't have a lot of time to work on this at moment so status is likely to remain experimental for the foreseeable future. happy to discuss ideas around further development and i will likely keep it up to date myself and make some improvements on an ongoing basis. |
That's good enuf for me to pay for your coffee / beer |
lol. i will set one up then! if you using it, would be interested to hear about it. also happy to discuss any improvements/features people want and review PRs when i have time. tbh - the majority of work to be done now is making it more robust and safe and writing docs. i see it very much as a low level sdk you can build other things on top of or use as a toolkit to avoid having to deal with C/C++/Rust when doing lower level system-y work. the ability to just make a change and run that comes with JS is massive in terms of DX, for me at least. |
I think people underestimate the DX one can get working with JavaScript. It may have its quirks, but it's fun to work with it, IMO. |
Do not close this! Bun.js is nice and out but Just still looks way too dope to give up. Spin up your Buy Me A Coffee, Open Collective or something similar @billywhizz, whenever you feel ready to tackle the project again. |
You can send me some money if you want 🙃
Best regards,
Casey

Your work is just immensely cool, Mr Whizz.
I am testing it myself with the intention of using it on my company in a quite critical part of our infrastructure (yeah, I like risks) and I am looking forward to even contribute myself with your project's codebase. The way you put it together fired up my passion for state-of-art coding! Please, let me know if I can also contribute financially with the project. I not only wish you to keep this project alive but also to hone it from inside out and backwards, for years to come! Count on me.
