Messages saved with "+" symbol in name, moderation links doesn't work

In Dada 4.7.0 when I send message to maillist it's saved with "+" symbols in name
I send messages from my Gmail account.

I' got message:

Moderated message doesn't exist - most likely it was already moderated.

Just spaces instead of "+"

I'll check that out . In URL's, the "+" symbol has a special significance, as it's what's used to encode a space - like this:

http://www.google.com/#q=Dada+mail

But, if you actually want to use a space in a URL, you have to encode it and that's what Dada Mail isn't doing.

http://www.google.com/search?q=Something%2BSomething+Else

(should search for, "Something+Something Else"
