Stop Forum Spam integration broken

This has been broken for... awhile. The response back from the service was in XML, but Dada Mail wanted json. Why is this happening? Who knows? Looks like the module used was.... not... the actual module, and I don't have the interest in figuring out that monkey business, so we're going to ship it with the latest CPAN version of WWW::StopForumSpam, and add that to Bundle::DadaMail (WWW::StopForumSpam requires WWW::Curl::Easy, which I'm not going to bundle in the actual distro). Maybe I did the conversion from using WWW::Curl::Easy to just a LWP call? Using curl in the beginning is kind of silly, but WHATEVER.
