This is a fork that I and others will be maintaining of the Grunion Contact Form. The reason for this is that some people want a simple contact form. Grunion is the best of the "simple" contact forms that I've seen. Unfortunately, it is now packaged and maintained within the Jetpack plugin, which is something I and others can/will not use for various reasons.

- Evaluate the code to find areas that need improving, cleaning up, or changing.
- Make sure any Jetpack-specific code is removed.
- Clean up the docs and code to be sure the license and any applicable copyright and trademarks are not infringed.
