I have tested Junior with all these updated versions and everything seems to work fine for me.

I have tested Junior with all these updated versions and everything seems to
work fine for me. I do understand you might have reasons for not wanting these new versions.
Sometime in the next few days I would plan on also adding documentation for how to use these dependencies using Browserify/CommonJS and LESS. There is some shimming that needs to happen, but once that is setup, it works fine. You will notice I also have it installing lodash as "underscore". This was to make sure that backbone does not install and use the underscore dependency instead of lodash.
