v1.1.1

This release fixes a whole bunch of scraping errors, that seem to have popped up due to Prometheus library updates and TTN API changes.

These changes are tested to work with TTN v3.30.0-rc0.

Version v1.1.0 had issues with Docker build and that release did not have a Docker image published. This release fixes that.
