The file consists of the numeric simulations and real data simulations. The simulation1,2,3,4 file should run in the cmd command, the command is at the bottom of each file.
Our codes for spectra criterion are given in spectracriterion.py. The function Scriterion gives us the value of \hat{s_n}. The file watchweighteigen.py is provided for the visualization of the weight spectrum.
