# ABSTRACT
This is an attempt to extract targets with known size and features from aerial imagery using machine learning techniques.

#DESCRIPTION

-ValidationData.py gets the true dataset for an image
-Error.py will train the SVM and validate according to datavalid.npy
-Demo.py takes an input image to find targets
