What is the bug ?
If you have selected .wav format on startup, you are able to select Spotify Api, which is not working for .wav, but there is no error. It just records but has no metadata. This is inconvenient for new users, because it looks like Spytify is not working properly.
Switching to MP3 and back to WAV makes the API options disappear.

thanks for reporting it, I will disable it, even if in the future it might work for wav too #408
